Please note that custom-fitted In-Ear Monitors are handcrafted to your unique specifications and are subject to specialized fit-guarantee adjustments rather than standard returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team or log into your account portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your electronics in the original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, accessories, and documentation to ensure full credit eligibility.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
